Monfort-Schloessle – a monument and a treasure for people who appreciate the simple and are looking for something special. These walls can tell almost 800 years of history and rightly not only want to be made pretty, but also to preserve their value for posterity.<\/p>\n

With loving attention to detail, we have been renovating this historic building gadually for 25 years now. It has always been important to us not to destroy any building materials or human labor that can still be used and thereby important resources to waste. Just like it was built centuries ago; careful and prudent, with a view to future generations.<\/p>\n
